Upward Basketball Program
Upward Basketball promotes character and self-esteem in every child by providing:
Equal playing time for every player
- Separate leagues for boys and girls
- A one-hour practice and game each week of the season
- An evaluation process to provide equal opportunity for improvement
Every player will receive:
- Upward Basketball reversible jersey
- Upward Basketball t-shirt
- Upward Basketball Winner Magazine
- Upward Basketball car magnet
- Upward music CD
- Individual awards after each practice and game
- End of the season award

In Upward there are no league standings. Every child will have equal playing time and at the end of the season all participants will receive an award. Another aspect of the program is that there is a one hour practice and a one hour game per week. Devotions are shared at each practice for the kids and at the halftime of the games for the adults. Your life will not be consumed by sports, leaving room in the week for spending quality time with your family.
