New Creation Signers
This group signs words to music from contempory to traditional music in a dramatic way.
The New Creation Signers will be starting back for the new school year. The first group practice will be Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2006, in the basement at 5:30 p.m. (please notice the time change.)
This year we are inviting 6th graders to come join the group as well. If you are in 6th grade through Youth/Young Adult age and would like to learn to praise God through signing to great music, please come join us. The group gives their musical offering in church about once a month, and they travel to other churches and functions as well. They (along with the Adult Choir ) have been invited to perform at the “Texas Crossroads” Festival in Old City Park in Dallas on Sept. 9th from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in the Pilot Point Decommissioned Methodist Church.
The group enjoys learning, sharing, and they also host a Dinner Theatre at the end of the school year. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please come join us on Aug. 9th!
